-The Purple Dragons -- Once, during an outing, Ryuu was ambushed by them, but managed to get away, though not unharmed. Since then, Ayame felt a highly disliked for them.

-The Kraang -- Though it was just a short encounter, the Kraang are the reason for Ayame and best friend, ryuu's, mutation. If Ayame didn't know better, she'd also say that the Kraang was the cause for Ryuunosuke's passing.

-The Foot Clan &The Shredder -- tried to get her to turn on her friends by lying to her about them and killing her family to get her to come with them

Short Biography (To actually get to know your character!):

Ayame and Ryuunosuke was ninja and Martial Arts students and known each other since they were kids and they both have sixth degree black belts in kendo and Martial Arts. With 7 masters in Tijutsu, Jujutsu, kendo, taekwondo, wing chun, judo, and karate. Even though they are friends they are very close like brother and sister. Her father who is Japanese taught the way of the ninja and her mom who is Chinese taught her martial arts.

One night, during an outing, Ayame and Ryuunosuke were ambushed by the purple dragons. Ayame managed to get away before she got injured and hide, and after a while, Ryuunosuke managed to escape the Dragons, though not unharmed. With the injuries, ryuu needed to be hospitalized for a few weeks, and Ayame just never really did get over it.

The union ended one night during another outing, after ryuu had recovered, when they both spotted a group of 'mystery men' behind an old warehouse. Curiosity got the best of them as they saw that two of the men were carrying a container with some glowing green substance in it towards a truck. ryuu, being the loudmouth he was, attracted the attention of the 'mystery men' (Kraang in the men robots). This led to some conflict, and in the hustle of it all, ryuu managed to get the container that contained mutagen that had wolf DNA in it break over him and Ayame, leading to their mutation. The Kraang were planning on kidnapping them for fear they may tell of what they saw, but Ayame, having mutated faster, fought off a few Kraang and immediately escaped with ryuu. The Kraang left the area almost immediately after.

The mutation had some really negative effects on ryuu. ryuu still had some major health problems that somehow were worsened by the stress of the mutation. Due to not being able to go to a doctor for ryuu's treatment, in a few days, he passed away. Aya was later found by the foot who had killed her family (mom(37), dad(38) and little brother Kyoji(7) & sister Aname(7)) b/c they wouldn't give her up and now she was trained under the Shredder but betrayed him once she found out he was using her as an ultimate weapon against everyone he hated so she escaped.

One night, it rained heavily, so she decided to hide in the sewers to escape. She came across the turtles' lair, and while they were about to attack, she convinced them that she meant no harm, that she was just trying to escape the rain, and that if she could stay in the sewers (as she thought the sewers were basically their territory). After a bit of conversation, and a slow build of trust, Splinter and the others trusted her enough so she could stay near the lair, still not exactly in the lair. It was only a few weeks after they trusted her enough that she could sleep in the lair with them.

It builds up from there.
